Returns/Refund Policy
In rare cases, we replace damaged/wrong merchandise sent. We do not accept size exchanges and color exchanges, please refer to the size chart before purchase. Merchandise should be returned within 3 days after receiving it in it’s original unused condition. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email entitled “EXCHANGE ITEM” at (chi@badideaph.com) and tell us why with an attached photo of the merchandise.
